Yes, it's Charlotte - and it looks like she gets raped and beaten/attacked. Possibly by the guy who impregnated his comatose wife - I'm not sure on this, but it was clearly a guy that she at least recognized.Originally Posted by PWS;4096898;
It's not that character. Charlotte's attacker will be played by Nicholas Brendon (Xander from Buffy) - he's the patient who Charlotte asked to wait his turn at the end of the episode. They didn't show his face because, I think if viewers saw him, they'd know he would be playing a bigger part than just a random extra. While I'm happy to see him get work, I don't want to see him play a bad guy.Originally Posted by WrigleyDogA2;4096903;

Thanks, I knew it was someone that we saw her interact with prior to the attack - I just wasn't sure who, since they didn't show the face.Originally Posted by Critical;4096920;
Wow, seeing "Xander" as a brutal rapist is going to take a real mind twist... Especially as he's currently playing a nice geek boyfriend to the kooky plump computer specialist on another show I watch--again a very nice guy.
Ugh. I'm not looking forward to tonight's episode. Charlotte has a lot of 'issues' and her relationship with Cooper is going to suffer for it. As it is, they have the strangest relationship. As much as I like Pete I always wished that Violet would end up with Coop. He's her best friend, and especially how this season they've emphasized how much their closeness bothers Pete and Charlotte.
Coop seems to like the um,,, "odd" kinds of sex though, and that's a much better fit with Charlotte. Otherwise yes, Coop belongs with Violet.
I immediately recognized his voice, but I also knew he was going to play her attacker, so I figured that was why they didn't show his face.Originally Posted by WrigleyDogA2;4097268;
I'm not looking forward to tomorrow's episode, although I'm sure it will be very well done. It'll definitely give KaDee Strickland a chance to flex her acting muscles.

JaDee Strickland was on The View, and she talked about how victims of very brutal rapes wanted their stories to be told. Apparantly, she volunteers for a group who helps the victims, and has talked to them firsthand.
