| Re: Chuck -> Josh Schwartz & NBC's answer to Jake 2.0? I'm going to revel in the "I told you so's" on this one. Even the ridiculous parts of the show work. It takes real magic for an audience to deliberately suspend disbelief on a premise as loosely explained and ridiculous as "he watched the video so he absorbed all that knowledge" but the show is SO over-the-top and unapologetic about stuff like that, you just find yourself grinning and shrugging.

| Re: Chuck -> Josh Schwartz & NBC's answer to Jake 2.0? I liked it. Loved it when the Nerd Herd car was going backwards down the steps and the sk8er dudes were like "whoa". He is a charming lead. Geek chic.

| FORT Fogey | Re: Chuck -> Josh Schwartz & NBC's answer to Jake 2.0? Liked it a LOT. I agree with Krom, if the writing and actors can make you believe the unbelievable, then it works. Like Lost works and like K-ville did NOT work. Reminds me of an OLD, OLD, OLD Disney movie with Kurt Russell called "The Computer Wore Tennis Shoes". Back when Kurt Russell was a teenager, so its definetly OLD. ![]()
