I didn't really get the feel that she's a great actress from her debut on CSI-Miami.

I knew they were saying "CALI" when they talked to her... why did she have to have that name, and why can't they spell it right????

so last night she was wearing a shirt cut down to THERE and was crawling around on the ground immitating a sniper preparing for a shot, and Mr. LG was like, hmmm, hot chick with guns, this does serve a certain demographic.

LG, I was coming here this morning to add that very same comment.

That whole set up was a blatant demo grabber.

The knowledge they learned from the range owner was nothing that Calle didn't already know. It was pure get a long rifle in the hands of beautiful women, with the obligatory barrel and clevage shot.

    Not that I didn't enjoy it ;-)

Oh, and if you have Tivo, take a look at her as she is investigating the metal pole in the quarry, she almost falls out of the top...

yes, that did not escape my husband's notice either, even without TIVO. Hmmmm, how can we work into the plot a scene where Eric or Speed fall out of their pants. I don't want to see any more pasty white Horatio flesh, thanks a lot.

She is, however, a terrible actress.

No Marg Hellgenberger, that's for sure.

I don't think any of them are believable characters. This show still doesn't click for me no matter what they try.

She wasn't a *terrible* actress on The West Wing, she just had a badly-planned character. I think they took a page from the Jorja Fox school of casting, and said "Mmm, she's on West Wing, we better get her for our CSI spinoff".

I've never seen The West Wing, but I'll take your word for it
