It's about brain surgeons and 3 lbs is about the weight of the human brain.

I wonder how many people who are fans of this genre will see the title, think it's a Biggest Loser rip-off, and never bother to watch it.

I never thought about it that way but the previews don't look very interesting to me. I won't be checking it out. Too many hospital dramas on the tube right now - I'll stick with House, ER, & occasionally Grey's Anatomy.

I don't normally watch doctor shows, but stayed up after 'The Unit' was over and watched this show last night. I enjoyed it. I don't know if I will become a fan, but I did enjoy watching it.

I watched it. I thought it was good. I love Stanley Tucci, so that was my main reason for watching and the other guy Mark Furstien (sp) is a total hottie. I will watch another episode.

I tried watching and what I did manage to see, I thought was worth giving another shot to. But our CBS station last night for most of the three hour primetime block was a black screen. Which made it hard to follow the plot lines. Who is the guy who was helping Stanley Tucci? He's not a neurosurgeon or is he?
