    It has indeed been picked up. What'll happen is the season will air first on Direct tv in the Fall. It will then air "new" to NBC in the Winter. Either way, we're getting our boys (and gals) back!!

    It's already airing on DirectTV. It won't be airing on NBC till after Christmas. I believe in February.

    I have been watching. It comes on channel 101 on Directv and...NO COMMERICALS! I quit watching this last season as it seem to get as far away from football as it could. So far, I am liking this season.

    Are other people watching on Direct TV? I don't want to give away spoilers, but my god, last night's episode was one of the best hours of television I've watched in a long time. I heart this show. I'll be watching it all over again on NBC.

    We are now down to just under 2 weeks for us Canadians to be able to watch this show. I have tried to stay away from reading about what is going on so I can be surprised. I have to say I'm already planning for my hour of t.v. on January 16. I do have a question, if the show was longer on Direct TV we will most likely miss scenes on NBC and will have to buy the season on DVD to be able to see the missed scenes. As long as I get alot of Riggins and Lyla I'm so good with this show.

    Thanks. I was wondering if what was on NBC was what was already shown on DIRECTV. I figured it was but it seemed weird. Why was it on DTV first?
