Number one for me is definitely The Class, it's right after How I Met Your Mother, and it's almost a perfect transition from a long day into the Monday Night CBS lineup. It's like Friends was, only a little heavier on the story lines, and like How I Met Your Mother, only more approiate for my kid sister. It tones down the stories, so it doesn't feel like too drastic a change going into Two and a Half Men.

Number two goes to Ugly Betty, because it's sort of funny. The only reason it's not number one for me is because it feels like it's been done before. (The Devil Wears Prada movie, anyone?) They really haven't taken the time to create characters yet, and, while the series is still young, I still wonder if there is another side to all of these people.

And number 3 goes to Men in Trees, which has a lot of poetntial, it's just not really going anywhere. It has very interesting story lines, but they really drag them out in a nonhumerous fashion, and becuase of that I find it hard to stay awake during it most of the time. It's also a little long, but that's really not the biggest problem.

I saw The Class. I felt bad. I did chukle a few times, but I couldn't help feeling the the actors, writers and producers were expecting me to fall out laughing.

I'm not sure if this is what you are referring to, but Ugly Betty has been done before, in many different countries. You can still watch it on Univision under the title, La Fea Mas Bella.

Yeah, I know, but what I meant was that it seemed like a remake of The Devil Wears Prada, where the girl gets thejob and really doesn't fit in. But she persists, and after a while, she starts to fit in.

1. Shark (I LOVE James Woods)
2. Heroes/Justice - it's a toss up
3. Jericho - I'm not thrilled with it, but find myself DVRing and watching it just because Skeet is so darn cute.

Honorable Mentions: Justice, Vanished, and we love 30 Rock. I was just getting interested in Smith, but it's cancelled now.
