| A flashback shows Jack watching his dad laughing on a cell phone. He follows Christian from the hospital to an AA meeting where he learns Christian has been sober for 50 days. Jack sits in a corner of his cell but then rushes Juliet when she enters the room. He leads her to an air-lock door but she refuses to open it. Ben tells Jack that they'll all die if they open that door. He leaves through a different door, locking Jack & Juliet in. Jack opens the airlock. Water rushes in but together the two manage to close the door again. Juliet slugs him.

| That was funny. Jack speared his own father. So is it true? Did Sarah leave Jack for Christian? If so, that's the ultimate betrayal. I don't know who I'd be more furious with. The parent or the spouse.

| Tom locks Kate up in the cage across from Sawyer's. Sawyer has figured out how to get food and water in his cage. Tom says it only took the bears 2 hours to figure it out. Jack realizes he's being held in an aquarium, under the ocean. It was previously used for sharks and dolphins. This Dharma Initiative station is called The Hydra. Juliet has a book with notes all about Jack's life. She tells him that Sarah is very happy without him. She also has a copy of Christian's autopsy. A flashback shows Jack getting bailed out of jail by Sarah, who was phoned by a very drunk Christian. There's a man waiting for her but she won't tell Jack who he is. (But it's obviously not Christian.) Ben tells Juliet she's doing a good job.

| One more thing for Jack to beat himself bloody with guilt over his past. Sigh.
