| Re: Jericho This show is just getting better with age. I loved it. The initial scene with Mimi talking to the chicken was priceless. |

| Re: Jericho According to the Jericho website... the morse code for this week was: Who Ran Red Bell I'm guessing that is a hint to look at the CIA operative who was running the mission that Hawkins was involved with. People are speculating that the older heavyset bald CIA guy from Hawkins' memory was working with Sarah, and that they were behind the bombings. Anyone else have any thoughts? |

Not sure who it was, but it wasn't the bald guy with the cane in last nights episode. He was alive and kicking in a later episode...the one where Hawkins pretended to be Sara to draw them out, then took pics. | |

| Re: Jericho At the end I was wondering why the brothers didn't shout out that that was a lie, that the factory was making mortar shells or whatever that was---and that Jericho had never harmed them, but clearly their leader was already planning to harm Jericho. Not clear to me what the people think the factory makes... I was thinking windmills, but now I'm not so sure... must be a lot of men in on the secret. Maybe it always made munitions. Very tense and exciting. When Mimi et al. were being thankful they were living on a farm I expected bad guys to burst through the door and take their food. |

| Re: Jericho Morse code (from the Jericho website): One got away Ya, last night's episode definitely rocked. When it finished, my reaction was holy cr@p! How are the Green bros going to get out of this one?? I guess with a little help from Hawkins. New Bern's mayor is feeding them a total line of garbage... and they are all lapping it up! Since Jake and bro were only brought out after the mayor's speech, I don't think that they actually heard all of the lies that he was telling... BUT Hawkins probably did. They REALLY need to hightail it back to Jericho and tell the town. Re: the Salt mine plotline with Skylar... Personally, in a time of crisis like they are in, I'm not sure if a necessity like a salt mine should be owned by an individual... it just doesn't seem right, and it would seem like a good invitation to be murdered. |

| Re: Jericho I watched last week's episode a couple days late and forgot to comment. The bald guy who is part of the plot that was trying to buy the nuke from Hawkins was definitely the same bald guy who was supposedly in the CIA operation to infiltrate the bomb plot. The actor is Daniel Benzali and I'm sure he'll be back because he's a pretty major guest star for the small part that he's had so far. About last night, I really liked seeing Stanley come home to Mimi and see that she was actually not doing a terrible job with his sister and the boyfriend situation. Family life and farm life and growing on her. It was odd that they never discussed that while Stanley was gone that the town figured out he had a tank in the barn. Oh yeah, that, and that the "marines" were bogus and the US was not putting itself back together yet. Do you think Heather is really dead? I hope not. I really liked her and she deserves a better ending that just hearing about it. It was uncharacteristic of Jake to run through the munitiions factory and get caught. He has been trained better than that. But I guess they needed him "in jeopardy" for plot purposes, but I didn't like it. Jake is supposed to be more capable than that - after all, the whole town of Jericho is counting on him to save it from New Bern. OK, my problem with New Bern - if they can manufacture windmills from their factory, and barter them away to other cities - why do they have no power? Didn't make sense. They could also barter their windmills to neighboring towns and get food, just like Jericho could with salt. Oh poor us. Stupid.
