Everything is very similar to what happened with Eureka. Like you said, I doubt it will last more the 2.5 seasons.

Liked the way the series ended. Glad that Fargo & Holly can ride off into the sunset

I was a little disappointed in the finale because the TV Guide said that the writers and producers poked a lot of fun at the SyFy Networks expense in the final episode and I didn't see anything resembling that kind of jab. That being said, considering the writers and producers had so little time to write a satisfactory ending to the show they did a nice job.

Luv'ed that Jo proposed to Zack, that was a really nice touch. Liked the short and sweet journey down memory lane while Jack was sailing through the wormhole. The very last scene with last episode Jack and Zoe first episode Jack and Zoe was sweet.

Cheers to a quality show that provided much entertainment.

    Re: Eureka

The jabs during the final season were based on how Eureka was getting shut down. First they said Eureka would have 6 weeks to shut-down then they said they had one day to shutdown. Similar to what the network did to Eureka, first they had the rest of the season then they gave them 1 final episode. Other minor things like that, that you had to be watching for. They don't want to be to mean because people don't forget things like that in Hollywood.
