I love Kristen Bell - so glad to know I will be seeing her more then once, maybe it will turn out to be permanent?? Better then having to watch Sylar every week.

13 episodes with the possibility of more is a pretty good start to her guest stint.

    Everyone ready for September 24?

Dancing with the Stars also returns that night so it will be an interesting ratings fight. As for me I just record both and watch when it is convenient.

This is exactly what I do with all of my shows.

Yes, I'm ready for both shows to begin.

Dancing with the Stars....I can't wait to see how Mark Cuban does.

Isn´t Kristen Bell rumored to have an in into LOST now as well?

If she has to choose between the two, Heroes is the winning horse of course.

Also, I imagine she could get a guest stint on ¨Chuck¨ as well, since her other new employer, Josh Schwartz, is in charge of that.

She was offered a guest stint on Lost, but she turned it down because she didn't want to move to Hawaii for the show's production. I also think her connections to the Heroes cast members also helped her decision. She made the right choice, in my opinion, because it fits more with what fans know of her and her

Totally agree K. I've literally got butterflies waiting for this season to start. Does it make me certifiable if I think Sylar is good looking?

    Re: Heroes on NBC

I ended up buying the Season 1 DVD to force my sister into my addiction over Labor Day Weekend. I had fun rewatching the entire first season, but was a bit disappointed by all the "deleted scenes", which were mostly minor line changes/edits and a few well-edited moments. Most notably was Matt Parkman being shocked that Claire had never heard of "The Twilight Zone". Big woop.

Now that my sister left, I finally watched the original pilot, and found a very surprising primary storyline that was completely deleted. I took it a step further and listened to Tim Kring's commentary on the original pilot, and found it worth the $45 I actually paid for the DVD set.

As a brief summary: the deleted storyline is a terrorist plot relating to Parkman and an original nuclear man who was a tortured (and reluctant) terrorist. The network made the right call, although Kring seems a little bitter about it.

What was really fun about Kring's commentary was that many of the pilot's scenes were shot on the set of Crossing Jordan.

If anyone is interested, I'll post the details of the original pilot.
