| I really liked last night's episode, Paulie was hillarious, and I just looove Christopha I'm wondering where they're headed with AJ though? All he ever does is have his tantrums, I wonder if soemthing major is going to happen with him? |

| Tony does not look like he's going to be emotionally recovered any time soon. Wonder if that's good or bad. |

| Hubby finally watched Ep # 1 with me, and his reaction was "what the...?". He thought the symbolism was heavy handed and obvious and he missed the action sequences. So he's with the ones here who hated the first episode, I guess. I eat that stuff up though. I love cheap symbolism. The violence all seems the same after a point. Who here thought the Steve Buscemi character was trying to get Tony into hell? |

| I'm also in the minority. Ep #2 was the worse episode of the Sporanos ever (imho). The first 3 hours have been tedious beyond belief. It really looks like he is trying to stretch it out as long as he can. Have you noticed the preview at the end? It not next weeks. It over the entire season. The first three shows (with the exception of the 1st 5 min of this weeks) has become a snoozefest. Paulie giving Tony was a great scene. And there were a few bits of future conflict sprinkelled around, but for the love of gawd kill somebody. Advance the plot. Sorry, don't mean to rant. I resub to HBO just for this show and I have been very dissapointed to date. |

| I think there's still been plenty of violence (the battle with the drug dealing Colombians, Hesh's attack, the assaulted writer, the poor sap who wanted to go to Florida with his inheritance offing himself, Tony getting shot) but I miss the interaction of Tony with everyone, he really is the pivotal character that holds the show together. What I enjoy most about the show is constantly being on edge because you don't know what's going to happen next and you know anything CAN happen at any time, usually just out of the blue. The same reason I liked St. Elsewhere in the 80s, you knew something bad was going to happen at any time but you were just waiting for it to happen and you did not know what it was going to be or to whom it would happen. I think the show still has this element, even when it gets bogged down in symbolism. |

| I love how they are advancing actually. It seems to me like they are setting things up so that there will be a major battle to take over, considering Tony will not be healthy enough for quite a while. Also, I thought it was interesting how Christopher told Tony he "owed" him- Christopher always looked up to Tony, and rarely talked back to him liek that- I kind of thought it was low of him to do it while Tony was just recovering. |

| I liked this last episode much more than the first 2, back to "mob stuff". Even the dream sequences seemed to flow better and have more of a general direction. I hope they can keep it going.

| Whew! Tony is back on his feet! This is the first time this season the show is returning to form. I also really enjoyed the scenes with Tony & his hospital buddies - great characters, and great interaction. I really expected to fall asleep as I thought it was going to be a dragged-out hour of Tony's recovery, but they cut to the chase and brought him back as the guy in charge once again. So Meadow wasn't the one who posted the card, nor was it Janice...I'm thinking now that maybe it's Dr. Melfi? ![]()

| I was really bored with last night's episode. I'm also sick of having to go to a certain website so I can decipher the underlying meaning of everything....Geez, I just wanna see some good whackings. |
