The best line from Les Nessman : Oh the humanity!
    - The Dean Martin Show -

Petula Clark: You know they say you can't buy happiness.
Dean Martin: No but you can pour it..

ONe of my favorite lines was from Married With Children:

Scene: A toilet is in the middle of the living room with Al staring at it.

Peg: "Al, what does that toilet have that I don't have?"

    Al: "A Job"

I got a kick when Norm on Cheers landed the job he was born for (at a brewery).

Everything was going well till what (?) the just as a formality interview with the top dog.

After fretting it over and getting helpful feedback at Cheers on what to avoid, he went into total meltdown, doing EXACTLY the nightmarish thing someone like Cliff had described someone else doing, finally devolving into doing some sort of burlesque type song/dance before slinking his shamed butt out.

Frasier Crane had a nicely similar implosion at an interview as well after he moved to Seattle.

I love the turkey drop, but the one where Venus and Johnny are drinking to show the affects and Johnny's reflexes just keep getting quicker while Venus falls off the chair is priceless.

And I love the Married with Children when Al is trying to find out the name of his favorite song. He's standing in line at the record store and the lady in front of him goes "La" or something and the clerk knows the song and artist then Al gets up there and sings "Hum Hum Him" and the guy has no clue :-)

At the opening of Cheers, when Norm would walk in and the folks around the bar would yell NORM!! On one episode, Sam says "Hey Norm - what's shakin'?"
Norm replies "Four cheeks and a couple of thighs, you know, the usual."
