ohhhhh Melinda has a bad stalker ghost. I don't know how much longer I'll stick with this show. I like the premise, I like the story lines, I DON"T Like JLH.

How the heck do I have no idea what you are talking about. I watched the episode... I think? I better Check my DVR. I might have dreamed a faux-pisode.

I have to say... I'm totally enjoying this show in spite of myself! They've managed to make each episode fresh and interesting.

I'm now convinced that her husband is not long for this world

In each episode, I think there's been something that made us think he was about to get killed. Last night's episode took that to a new level! At first, I thought that Conor (the ghost) was going to try to do something to the husband after watching Melinda and him together. I thought he might try to punish Melinda for not helping him stay with his girlfriend. For not understanding the desperation they both felt - maybe make her feel their pain.

When that didn't happen, I realized that we had still been set up for his future demise - when they talked about each other moving on without the other - and that "this moment" was all that mattered. Also the fact that Melinda talked alot about Conor not wanting to cross over - and that he didn't belong in our world anymore. It will be interesting to see how she feels if the shoe ends up on the other foot

and then.....

Looks like you guys called it... I'm sure we'll be seeing more of that creepy ghost from the end of the episode.

it was weird, i sort of hope the show adds him in as a side plot, or someone who will be like always getting in the way!

What do others think?
At first, I thought that he was the devil. Just a guess, of course.

So far I'm really enjoying the show. I've just got one beef however. What in the world is the costume designer thinking when he/she dresses JLH?
It got really distracting in the "Kenny" episode. Melinda begins the show wearing a full-length cross between an expensive satin underslip and wedding dress. Then the next day, she's wearing a full-length white polka-dotted, puff-sleeved number that you might expect to see in My Fair Lady, Snow White or Mary Poppins. With a bow in her hair no less. Not that either dress was unattractive, but simply inappropriate. When you wear something like that, you generally have an explanation. Since there was none, watching her character negotiate her mundane day to day errands wearing this get-up bugged the crap out of me.
Did anyone else feel distracted by these outfits?
I did notice that they had her back in jeans in the last episode. I guess they're still trying to work out her style. Young, hip, attractive antiques dealer who talks-with-the-dead. I suppose that could be a challenge.

The actor who he was played by was really good!
I was NEVER a Jennifer Love Hewitt fan (didn't hate her, but she just bugged the heck out of me for some reason) but I really like this show! The first one I saw was with the twins and I missed this past one, but I think it's a pretty good!
