The baker girl is Ashley Williams. Isn't she the daughter of Cindy Williams form Laverne and Shirley?

That got me curious. I looked her up on IMDB and her mother is not Shirley. Her sister, however, is Kimberly Williams from Father of the Bride.

This is a great show. The humor is great. The cast is also great! Glad to hear it was picked up for next year.

Ashley Williams also starred in Good Morning Miami which was a short-lived one season comedy show on nbc I think. Yes, Kimberly Williams is her older sister (who also happens to be married to Brad Paisley the country singer).

Wow What an episode tonight. I feel bad for Ted though. Yeah he did lie but man what was Lilly doing telling him about Robin. Ultimately he wants to be with Robin and all the Victoria stuff was an attraction but they were never really right for each other. Does anyone else get the feeling we will see Robin/Barney sometime in this show?

Yes, I was confusing her with Kimberly Williams. They do sort of look alike -- now I know it's because they're sisters! It was Kimberly Williams that I thought was the daughter of Cindy Williams, lol

I do. There seems to be a chemistry there that is shown when they hang out together and when they interact (like when he was trying to get her to say words on the news) that would make them getting together not a complete shock.
