The answer is simple, sher, you need to clone yourself and sit yourself in front of multiple tv sets. Isn't that what Michael Keaton did in Multiplicity?

What I need is about 6 TiVo's with extended hard drives, so I can record almost every channel from 8pm-11pm, and then a couple of channels at most other times of the day when something halfway decent's on.

Then, I need a TV that can play from all the TiVo's, with one remote control that's simple enough for my wife to use without an 8-hour training class.

Right now, I feel like Ozzy sitting in front of his new TV, having to call Jack in to show him how to get the History Channel

When reality sucks, there's reality TV, ya know!

Hmmmm...the only time I have a dilemma is on Thursdays. I have an evening French class, so I have to tape Friends (I'm going to start watching it again since it's supposed to be the last season.), and also SURVIVOR. Of course, I'll watch Survivor right after I get home because there is no way I'm waiting til the next day to watch it.

Yeah! I think I'm in the minority in the TV watching department.
There are just too many good shows out there, and not enough time.

Here is what I watch:

Monday: Boston Public
Tuesday: Nothing ( Was watching AI)
Wednesday: TAR3.
Thursday: Survivor, Friends, and I might check CSI.
Friday: Odyssey 5
Saturday: Nothing
Sunday: Alias

Of course, there are the occasional specials and once in a while I'll catch "Fear Factor" , "Everybody Loves Raymond" or "Will and Grace", or something like that.

Smallville looked interesting, but I think it's too late for me to start watching it.
