    Locke, Kate & Jack look down the dark hatch. Jack wants to give up on the plan to hide everyone there. Locke and Kate want to continue. The inside of the hatch door says "Quarantine". The shaft is about 40 or 50 feet down, with shallow water at the bottom.

    Flashback shows Jack in the E.R. saving Sarah's life after a head-on collision with Adam Rutherford (Shannon's Dad) who was killed. (Time of death: 8:15 am)

    Vincent has run off. Sayid and Shannon chase him, but get separated. Shannon has a vision of a dripping wet Walt.
