I thought I was a TV watcher, but watching the emmy's tonight I find out I am not. I have not seen over half of the shows that won. I must give up my life and watch tv

You're right, She definitely deserves the nomination as much as the others...

You mean the singing award? Trump and Meghan what's her name from Will and Grace won. They showed Shatner gasping in astonishment...couldn't tell if he was just fooling around, I only saw the quick recap of that...the Movin' on Up group of black actors sounded the best in that.

Kristen Bell is a great singer and was robbed in every respect.

Star Jones looked ghastly in that purple get up.

She looks as if she's missing her neck.

This woman just gave birth, yet she's at the emmy's....

I didn't like Maggie grace's look at all, hated the dress and the hair.

I was too ill to go to work yesterday and actually for the first time watched the red carpet with Star. As much as I could bare of it anyway, it was awful. She was just too annoying, and that dress was so over powering not flattering at all. Half and hour was all i could bare, I switched to Joan Rivers, dont like her much either but she was less cringable than Star.

I can't believe Lauren Graham wasn't even nominated! She's easily the best comedic TV actress out there, and she can give such a wide range of emotions. Still, the Emmy definitely went to the most deserving Desperate Housewife; I love Felicity Huffman. Not as much as I love Lorelai/Lauren, though.

As a massive Six Feet Under fan, I wanted Frances Conroy to win in the Drama category, but I was okay with Patricia Arquette as well.

ITA about Lauren, geek. I think she'll have more to do this season - even after the first episode, the role looks to be getting meatier and allowing her to show even more range. Fingers crossed for next year... as long as she's not up against my new fave, Polly Walker in Rome (maybe Polly will be nominated as supporting actress?).

James Spader is good, but Hugh Laurie was robbed.
