I just rewatched the Avery/ April scenes from the moment Avery stepped out in the aisle at the Church to tell her he loved her, link to their driving off to get married scene, link and I must say those two actors were phenomenal!
I loved how Avery just looked at her in the Church and the looks on everyone's faces after he said what he said. I loved all of the different emotions April showed standing in the street while they were deciding what to do. I also got a kick out of Avery when April reminded him of what his mother was going to say. I even got a kick out of how April shrugged her shoulders when she said yes, in response to do you want to get married. It was so . . . April.
In addition, I loved the scene that wasn't included in these links of Yang saying she was on the fence about Kepner but after what happened at her wedding, she was pro-Kepner all the way.
Edited to add: Did y'all know that was Sarah Drew's (April's) real dad in real life walking her down the aisle? She said in an interview that they were looking for a man with red hair to play the part and she said, hey what about my dad? He has red hair.
