I just have to chime in with my intense dislike for the newbies. I'm sorry but that pixie red head needs. to. go. ASAP! I cannot stand her.

The one that was giving Alex a hard time? Yeah, I didn't much like her. I think the only one I did like was the tall hunk who tackled the murderous dad...lol. But that's only because he's more eye candy for the show...
I hate when the cops throw me in the back of the squad car ....like they didnít hear me call shotgun.

I'm anxious to see where they take here in the storyline. She reminds me a lot of Alex when the show first started. I hated him and wanted him to go and now he is one of my favorite characters! I found it interesting that they stuck her with Alex since they are/were both so arrogant in the beginning.

Maybe it's because I found Alex attractive even when he was smug/arrogant, but I don't find that there's a single redeeming quality in pixe girl. Only time will tell for sure.

I think Izzy had a point when she told the 'Surgery B&$%" guy that Seatle Grace wasn't like Mercy West. The SG crew are competitive, but not cut-throat. There is the element of healthy, friendly competition for surgeries; but, in the end, they are a family.

Is anyone else just really not 'feeling' this season so far? As much as I hate for this to happen, I think I may have to break-up with Grey's if it doesn't start getting better.

Shonda's twitter claims that tonight's Grey's will be "a very different kind of episode for us." From anyone else, I might be intrigued. From her, it's hard to get excited.

That actually worked really well, I thought. And I was glad Derek told the Chief what needed to be said at the end.
