Man was I annoyed last night when I tuned into Grey's only to find that it was a repeat. WTH??? I understand there is a strike, but you can't put a two part episode and not show the other part the next week

That wasn't due to the strike. Sweeps ended yesterday. The first night out of sweeps is almost ALWAYS a repeat. I don't know why they ran the first of a two parter in the last week of sweeps though.
