I saw the actor that plays George on Martha Stewart's show and he seemed very much like his character - very sweet.

As I mentioned earlier, did anyone see a very brief preview with a helicopter falling off the roof of the hospital? I believe that Merideth will be ok and I'm thinking they plan to airlift the (dead) body with the bomb away from the hospital and then it will blow midair.

    Gotta love George. Just gotta

Now, what pilot would accept that cargo, and who would think to even suggest that he do???? I think not.

If this was a bazooka, I hardly think that it would be bomb-like to take out a floor in a hospital; a couple of rooms, maybe. But I don't know much about ammunition, either! I'd say move the people, move the oxygen crap, and let 'er blow! Sometimes people have to die for the greater good.

No offense, but that sounds crazy.

Bomb squads across the US explode bombs found in cases probably every day. They may set up a perimeter, quickly take the bomb out, and explode it in another area. They have to do something like that. They can't just stand there looking at Meredith with her hand in that guy's chest for the whole episode. And, they won't waste a perfect good, quite expensive helicopter and the lives of the crew for the hospital. I'm unsure what they'll do, but bomb squads are well trained. I'm sure they'll come up with something dramatic but realistic.

I've seen the episode too and I'm going to make a comment but I'll put it in spoilers for the benefit of others.
The bomb exploded, killing Kyle Chandler (the bomb captain)....whom they didn't even mention for the rest of the show! What the? Not even a "Shame about the guy dying" comment or anything. I found that very disturbing.
