I realize this is a little late, but I just saw the information. They're replaying Michael's Goodbye episode(s). Apparently though, there is new footage included. I'm sure if you don't catch it on tv you'll be able to watch online at NBC (for my American friends).

It would seem that the new boss is

Robert California, aka James Spader. And Kathy Bates is out. Lose one David E. Kelley employee, gain one David E. Kelley alumni.

The second post in the spoiler doesn't make a lot of sense, unless the person is too expensive to keep using. As a visitor I would think would be manageable.

Kathy Bates is out because of her new show and because James Spader's character will start as branch manager and VERY quickly become CEO of the company (ousting Jo). The permanent branch manager still hasn't been decided and there's strong rumours that it will be an original cast member.

Does that help to clarify? If not, more questions!

Is it just me or is Ryans character just terrible lately. I much preferred him as the temp who hated the office. Now he is this completely different character and really not funny at all. You would think as he is one of the writers on the show he could come up with better material for himself.

I am curious to see how long it takes Angela to find out about her Senator.
I've missed quite a few episodes this season, but just checked in on Hulu to see Pam hugely pregnant and Angela also pregnant?? So the Senator was able to perform? Or did she have a quickie with Dwight?
