I watched last night for the first time in ages. I think my new favourite character is Erin. I love how she takes Michael so seriously - "happy box or sad box?"

    She could be his daughter.

I think she kind of sees Michael as her father. She made have even said something to that extent at some point. But it's very cute.

That's exactly it. When they were holding the Glee viewing, Michael was trying to sabotage it. She found him and said how important it was that he like Gabe because Michael's like her father.

Yes, she does see him as a father figure. She is the perfect "daughter" for him.

    I love Erin.
Ricky Gervais is supposed to be reprising his David Brent role (from the original UK version of The Office) in this week's episode, which should be interesting.

I heard it is a cameo... but I still can't wait!

Exclusive: Major Office Spoiler I am not sure if I'm liking this at all. I think that all of these changes are really going to be to the detriment of the show.

I've heard that Will Ferrell will be appearing on the show 4 times - I hope he is good. The writing overall has been weak this season.
