It was good, but I really felt like there was something missing. I laughed a lot, but there as a special spark that I'm used to in the Office that just wasn't there.

I actually thought it felt more like old school season two Office, which is good since the show fell way down on my viewing list last season.

I think the show went a little overboard with the Michael needs to get a clue theme, but overall, there were lots of funny moments, and I love P&J together. I just hope they come up with a B name for their wee one, so they can officially be PB&J.

Well, for now they can be if we just call the wee one Baby.

Boy, Michael really stuck it to Jim last night. I don't understand how David Wallace, who seems so normal and competent, could put up with Michael all these years.

Dwight's reaction to Michael and Jim being co-managers was great.

Toby and Dwight bonding over trains was so cute, I hope they get to hang out together more.

When Michael acts mean and vindictive, that's when I get turned off to the show. Yes he's a buffoon..we get it. But for him to purposely hold Jim back, that's just not entertaining.

But the Michael's motivation is his love for Jim, Pam, and now the baby, so par for the course, clueless Michael never gets the big picture that he's holding Jim back by sabotaging his career in order to keep the "family" together.

I loved Toby and Dwight together too, and Dwight's primal scream was hilarious.
