| Those who saw the British Office... I'm assuming there is a Pam/Jim couple in it...what further obstacles do they throw in their path? Does he transfer to the other office? Does she back out of marrying her fiance at the last minute? I know it may not be the same here, esp. as American versions usually work a show til the ratings die, rather than wrap it up in a pre-planned way, but just curious. |

| "I also never caught the last season of Coupling when it aired, so I'm going to rent it on DVD." SnowflakeGirl, the last season of Coupling wasn't nearly as good. Jeff left the show and his replacement, while funny, didn't have the timing. |

Ah that's sad news, Bof_Cof. I heard about that, and it breaks my heart because I thought Richard Coyle was brilliant...maybe that's why I've felt resistant about watching it. Especially because at the end of Series 3 they hint that Jane and Jeff will get together (and they are actually my favorite characters, in a twisted way ).On BBCAmerica, they've been showing "Spaced" with the Shaun of the Dead boys, and I LOVE THIS SERIES SO MUCH. Hysterically funny, and immensely relatable to my generation. I know, and in some cases am these people. It seems like a show that would definitely reward the viewer on multiple viewings, so I'd love to get it on DVD. I also am excited to finally have caught "Life on Mars". The premiere was this week, but I've been hearing about it all summer. My brother actually told me about the show a few months ago, and I've been dying to see it. I'd describe it as "The Singing Detective" meets gritty 70's cop show, although that doesn't seem to do it justice. Anyone else watch this?
