I totally fast-forwarded over the House-Cuddy smoochfest. Don't need to see that.

Was happy to have Amber back in the role of House's subconscious. She rocks.

Honestly, Chase is too good for Cameron. First she basically told him she didn't want him to propose (but then she decided she did after all). Now she wants to keep her dead husband's sperm because there's a chance she and Chase won't stay together. And he announces he's going to wait around until she's sure that she'll love him always? Is he straight out of a romance novel? I think he's going to be waiting forever. Did enjoy the bachelor party though (held at Wilson's house, natch).
I remember Cuddy mentioning to House in last nights episode that sometimes the pain is worse when the person is addicted to narcotics, and that going off the vicodin, she said he might be able to manage it. She was suggesting to him that it might not be as bad for him when he is completely off it.

I agree about Chase and am disappointed the writer's went with that absurd storyline. I guess they needed some extreme reason for them to break off but that is farfetched to me.

The brain believes the pain is worse when coming off of narcotic pain killers. Eventually once you detox they can reassess the pain and figure out what might work. But there are options. You have to remember that the entire time he was on pain killers he essentially lost all tolerance for pain too because he never had to feel it. The body has the rebuild and figure out all that stuff agian.

I'm surprised they did it the old fashioned way and didn't induce a coma which is what people with money or the ability tend to do.

Agree, as I said above, why no coma? They should at least have addressed that by having House be afraid it might risk damaging his brain or something (of course if that isn't true they might not want to scare addicts away from that treatment).
And why on earth would Cameron bring this up? If she wants to keep her husband's sperm just do it... Chase doesn't have to know... I'm sure she has her own bank account. I'm all for honesty in relationships but if she's that unsure of what's going on then she shouldn't draw the line there. Either she wants Chase to be totally willing to do/take anything to be with her or she is trying to sabatoge the wedding. I suppose she could ask Chase for a "no refunds" deposit at the sperm bank, in case he dies or leaves her, although if the latter I'm not sure it would stand up in court. A friend of mine sued her ex for his promised sperm...didn't hold up (long story, he was married, she got pregnant, he convinced her to abort by promising a future pregnancy at a "better" time, and of course broke up with her--very messy as he was prominent and it hit the papers).
Or of course it's just the writers "reaching" for a little drama! But I'm hoping there is a point behind it.

I'm catching up here, just watched the deaf kid episode last night - and I wonder if we're going to find out we've been watching his dreams from the time he started seeing Wilson's ex-g/f (sorry, can't think of her name, other than CTB)

I loved tonight's episode. I was so glad that House sleeping with Cuddy was only a figment of his hallucination. I can't wait for the next season to start. I wonder when that will be???

OMG, when that guy smacked his girlfriend, that totally caught me off guard, it was funny, but its not funny. So the sex was just a halluecanation (sp?). And now House is off to the looney bin. The look on his face when he walked into the Wilson's office with Cuddy broke my heart. I just felt so bad for him. Is the hospital that Wilson dropped House off at the same place that Wilson's brother is at? Didn't think Chase and Cameron would actually get married, but it was nice to see.

I agree, it was one of those gotcha moments. I never suspected that but in hindsight - of course. I guess she didn't crush on him 20 years ago after all. I wonder what will happen when he cleans up for real (as real as a TV show can get that is)?

Kind of odd how Wilson dropped House off in the driveway of the psychiatric hospital. I get the dramatic effect, but wouldn't he have escorted his best (only?) friend into the building? It was such a major, big, gigantic deal that House admitted he needed help.
