Season three...ah, the memories! Faith, "Slayerfest '97", Wesly trying to woo Cordelia, the Mayor being the "big bad". Ah, good stuff, good stuff!

Season four with Adam was pretty good, a nice change of pace. Season 5 with Glory was pretty good. S5 contains probably the best single episode of the series (and one of the best television shows ever) "The Body". Simply brilliant.
Season 6-7...eh, with the exception of a show here or there (LOVED the finale!) was so-so. Buffy definitely left when it was time.

NOW! Y'all should be watching Veronica Mars! Not only is Alyson Hannigan in season one, Charisma Carpenter plays a prominent role as-love the name!-Kendall Casablancas in season two. They share a scene in S2. Come on, Buffy fans, show Ms. Mars some love!!!
Ooohh...I love VM too. VM is some of the best TV I've ever watched (ranks at about #5, just a little higher than Buffy).

Attention Buffy fans!
Joss Whedon has written a comic book(s ?) that will encompass what season 8 of the show would have been (that is, if the show had continued). It's scheduled to come out in March 2007. I don't read comics generally but this is one I definitely will be checking out. I don't see it on Amazon; I've read it is being released by Dark Horse Comics. Does anyone know if they sell those comics at Amazon? Or where they sell them?

That's great news, CCL! Since I loved Buffy and pretty much worship in Joss' general direction, I'll definitely be buying those!

I did a quick search on Amazon and it looks like they do carry some Dark Horse comics.

There are several websites that sell comic books, including one that I co-own. In addition to the Buffy Comic we carry many Buffy items including Action Figures, Statues, Spike and Angel Puppets, Ornaments and more. The URL is in my signature. Also IDW produces Spike and Angel comics.

Buffy is scheduled to be 12 issues so it will come out over the course of a year, on a monthly basis. Your best bet is to set up a subscription somewhere so you don't have to scramble to get each issue. If there is a comic shop anywhere near you they will most likely carry it.
