Did you all fall in love too?
Not sure it's love but I am digging the way he's looking these days. I never thought of him as particularly handsome, but he looked fine.

I like Jeff's charactor, and thought he did a good job.

Did anyone watch L&O SVU last night? It kind of started out as the Caylee Anthony story, but then switched to vaccinating vs. not vaccinating. I really liked it, thought it was sad the Grandpa killed himself. I think though if your not going to vaccinate your children you shouldn't bring them around those at risk of catching something because they are too young to vaccinate or the elderly.

I saw it. I thought they were following the Caylee story, but they veered off in another direction--guess its too current to pretend they arent talking about it. It was sad at the end.

Which in a city would mean your kid could never leave the house, since measles transmits over 200 yards! 2 football fields away!
They at least could have a sign at the park, NO unvaccinated children over one year old allowed here.... that should reduce the odds. And clarify the responsibility if the mom brings her sick kid (even if he doesn't appear sick).

Who were the mother and her mother in last nights (measles) SVU? I recognize them both but couldn't place them.

Mom was Hillary Duff, grandma was Gail O'Grady. Gail's been a ton of stuff. You might remember her most recently as the "Mrs. Robinson" Parker (or Porter, can't remember) was sleeping with on Desperate Housewives.

Right! DH, I knew I'd seen her before recently. Hilary Duff I actually have never seen in anything before that I recall, just her face on the cover of fan mags at the supermarket. Thanks!

What did you all think about Sunday's Criminal Intent?

It felt like Goren was really having a hard time throughout the episode. Almost like the (all too similar?) family drama was hitting him pretty hard. Beautifully acted, all around though.

Haven't seen the new CI with Jeff Goldblum as Celebrity Apprentice is still on.
I've always thought that Goldblum was a good actor but, I really loved Chris Noth. Is Goldblum as over the top in this role as D'Onofrio is? I liked D'Onofrio at the beginning but, to me, Goren has been a caricature for years.

    Re: Law and Order

This Sunday's episode of CI was interesting, but they usually explain why Major Case gets a "run of the mill" murder. I kept waiting for that answer. It was a murder in an alley. That would usually go to the local homicide department, wouldn't it?

A news article said Vincent D became a father for the 3rd time - congrats to him and his wife.
