Was busy last Thrusday night, so I had to DVR the new episode. Just had a chance to watch it this morning.
Colossal waste of 45 minutes of my time. Possibly the most absurd episode ever.

All magic comes with a price - Rumpelstiltskin
Oh how I agree! It was absolutely absurd and ridiculous.
Had to use the closed captioning to understand what the South African guy was saying. Even when I was able to read it, there were still words that didn't make sense!

FINALLY!! A new episode last night . . . and better yet . . . NO basketball!
I like this show, I really do and I probably won't stop watching no matter how predictable it gets (something to do with a George Eads fixation!) . . . but the plots are getting pretty thin. Told my daughter at 9:30 - the new guy is going to be the "natural" death so why doesn't he just hurry up and die already!

I knew dead pool guy killed himself right away - I watch too many of these shows.

HELP! Did anyone catch this last night? I fell asleep before it ended, and wanted to know what happened with Haskell. Last I saw, they were just finding out that he was somehow connected to the surgeon's death. Did he change his face? If I have time this weekend I may look for it online, but I dont know if Ill be able to!
Thanks ahead of time!

No, the last scene was him and one of his brides at a concert (?) for Ray's ex-wife - they showed his face and he had not had reconstructive surgery. Went to a lot of trouble to make it look that way though.....

I just read that Lawrence Fischbourne (sp) is leaving the show. I'll really miss him. I liked Langston a lot & he was a great fit with the gang. Plus, having a good & well known actor step in like that is always a plus.
I hope they find a good replacement character.
Wish list: I want Grissom back!

I feel by the end of the season there wasn't very many places they could go with the Langston character. I thought he LF was okay in the role, but I didn't necessarily like that so many episodes were about him and his possible dark side (I guess confirmed? dark side).
I'd love to have Grissom back - this show has lost it's lustre of the past few years, they either need to bring him back or wrap it up for cancellation after next year. JMO
