I'm glad I knew the first half of the show was going to be 'silent' and I rather enjoyed it. I thought it was a clever way to start and move the story along.

Judging by just the last two episodes, Mac seems to have overcome his aphasia problems. Bummer.

Not that I like seeing him 'suffer' but I was hoping they'd stretch it out and give us that softer side of Det Taylor when he reaches out for help. We all know is there and I for one enjoy seeing it. The girlfriend must be very busy elsewhere as she seems to have disappeared with even so much as a mention.

Next episode seems to be centered on Adam . . . and it looks like it could have some heart-wrenching moments.

I think the last we saw of his condition was when he finally did tell the g/f what was going on - I felt that was them wrapping it up, maybe there will be more.

Although we didn't see her, Mac did make a phonecall to "Christine" and before hanging up, he says those three little words!!!

There's a crossover episode coming up and we will see Mac in Vegas. Sounds like could have a not-so-good ending, but read my next post, which is CSI related, but deserves it's own mention.

JOSH GROBAN! Yes! Since Josh's music is of the 'romantic' nature, I am hoping his appearance signals a positive outcome for the cross-over episodes mentioned above, like Mac asking Christine to marry his handsome sweet self.

yeah - I posted in early december - so I did see the phone convo on Friday night.

what a good episode too - Sela Ward has been an amazing addition to the cast - and I loved the donor s/l they did. When she wanted to hear the heart beat it just gave me goose bumps.

Update to the JOSH GROBAN post from a few days ago. It's been confirmed that the episode will air on FEBRUARY 15th. Josh will be singing "Happy In My Heartache" from his new cd All That Echoes (release date Feb 5th)
