Hey, a "backdoor" joke. Hah hah.

Terri Hatcher looks decent after like... being gone for about a dozen years.

Wow. Another for "A.D." (although I actually wouldn't have minded if "Scrubs" won) And those mini-skits didn't even suck.

Hee. The writer for A.D. had a great joke to deal with the "get out of here" music. 'Twas a better joke than anything coming out of Shandling's lame mouth.

Does it seem like the alloted speech time is shorter than usual? Almost everyone has been interrupted by the music.

I also would not have minded if Scrubs had won, but I'm pleased that AD is getting the recognition it deserves. Maybe Fox will keep it around for a couple more seasons.

They do seem short. This may have been eluded to, but I laughed out loud at the guy who said "i'm now going to sing this" when the music came on ... I believe he won for comedy writing!.... Funniest thing I've heard on an acceptance speech!! Clever!!

Good lord. The man's name is really "Dick Askin"? Even Shandling blinked at that, and he must know the man already.

The audience looks SO damn bored too.

Al Pacino looks bored during the 'suit's' speech.. I guess he either showed up for the gift bag Or he was told he would win... And yes his hair looks Tons better than that awards show he showed up at with a scruffy ugly ponytail...

Hey. Put some crappy melodramatic music behind some scenes I recall liking the first time and they start to suck! It's like... magic, Dick!

I read in TV Guide (or was it EW) that they were gonna show lengthier clips and cut the speech time... I like this new format... Some speeches are to boring or too political anyway.

I really want to see Angels in America but it hasn't made it's way to Canada yet.

    Sukee,

It just came out for sale on DVD here in the states. When does it get released there?
