![]() It's definitely fanfic. I can remember somebody on a livejournal saying they were going to create the site. Pretty fun though, isn't it? | |

| My only problem with the "wish fulfillment" idea is that it doesn't seem to be true for everybody. Charlie wanted Shannon to like him... and he got used. Sayid and Kate wanted the antenna to work and it broke. There is also a lack of food among other things on the island. I still think that the "wish fulfillment" is still a viable idea, just perhaps confined to just a couple of the survivors... Locke and possibly, Walt. Just my opinion. ![]() |

But, you're right, the antenna thing didn't work out. Hmmmmm . . . maybe I need to let that theory go! Although, I'm wondering how the whole "But my husband's not dead . . . " thing is going to work out. Does he appear? Is that who is out swimming in the ocean towards them? Dang . . . I can't wait until tonight! And I know that the hour that the show is on is going to be the fastest hour of the day today - it always seems like the show has only just begun . . . and then it's over!

| Thank goodness this is on tonight - I won't have to be nervous watching the baseball game. I'll watch Lost and The Bachelor and live in denial that Game 7 is happening. ![]() I'm eager to find out about the guy in the suit....weird. |

| TV Guide's cover story is "Secrets of Lost" this week. Here's a couple of quotes: "Don't expect these castaways to waste away.....each episode will only represent a day or two, which means that even if 22 episodes air this season, a max of 44 days would have elapsed by the Lost clock." "Eagle-eyed viwers may have noticed a picture of a polar bear in the comic Walt was reading in episode 2. Is there a connection between that and the bear the castaways inexplicably encounter and kill on the island? "all I can say is, every prop is absolutely intentional," Lindelof(one of the shows creators) says. The comic is actually a Spanish translation of "Green Lantern/Flash:Faster Friends" Part 1, which chronicals the superheroes attack on an alien that turns out to be peaceful. Says J.J. Abrams, "We definately choose that story for a reason." |
