| My head is spinning, but in a good way. Sign me up on the "Not Seen Alias" list as well. I know, I know... but there was just always something else on! I haven't been this hooked on a non-Reality TV show since the first season of Buffy!!! |

| Does anyone know who is writing the diary on the ABC page? I have ruled out: Walt, Jack, the pregnant girl. It might be the weird old man, but I'm getting a feeling it isn't. http://abc.go.com/primetime/lost/diary.html

In context with my post, I meant - if she was 100% innocent, she would have told Jack whether he wanted to know or not, the first chance she got, as soon as she found out he saw her mugshot. Unless she's some sort of agent herself with secrets to maintain.

Edit: Just read it again and I think it says "looking at the perfect peeking lifts and not having my board". So it's still talking about the surfboard. Has anyone on the show mentioned surfing as a hobby?

| Charlie would fit. He asked people for sunscreen during the second half of the premiere. Not only that, but Dominic Monaghan (the actor who plays Charlie) has been known to love surfing. He and the other guys did alot of surfing during the LOTR's filming. And I know he mentions some people going on the hike in the diary (like he's not included)... but he didn't decide to go too until the last minute. |

Shannon (sister) : Maybe Boone (brother) : Maybe Charlie : Maybe Sayid : Maybe Kate : Maybe Micheal (dad) : Maybe Locke (old guy) : Could be but I do not think he would call Claire Preggo Girl...Preggo does not seem a term he would use. It should not be Hurley b/c he did not eat the urchin, Claire she is the preggo lady, Sun and Jin NO, Sawyer no b/c he was mentioned,Walter is mentioned. So that leaves the above.....Hmmmm...

| Diary -- I don't think it's Charlie. I think it's Shannon. The tone is selfish and shallow, dwelling on personal discomfort. Keys for me were mention of parents being worried and "sushi!!" to describe Jin's offer of sea urchin. Guys usually don't use multiple exclamation points. |

| I agree with Tracker that the writer is Shannon. The handwriting looks too neat to be a guy's. What if the writer is a character that hasn't been introduced yet? |

| Sorry if I'm taking this a bit off course but I finally got to watch part one and even though I knew what was going to happen, I still was "caught by surprise" by the part where the guy got sucked in by the propellers (sp?). |
