| I saw the guy in a suit as well. I am thinking it was the husband of the black woman-she said her husband was not dead. Weird!!! Also, I do not think there is a spiritual connection between the boy and the island. At the end of an episode they were showing all of the survivors getting along-but what I think is-this was the calm before the storm. I think all will break loose in the next episode and it will be complete chaos. Just my 0.02$ |

Whose puppets are they? I think - in some really way-out-there kind of way, Locke is controlling a lot of it . . .or them . . .without them knowing it. Hmmmm . . . . It will be interesting to see . . .

I didn't think of that - it could be her husband. I think that was the calm before the storm too - because next week looks like all heck is going to break loose.

ing you because you weren't giving credit, I was just glad that at least one other person doesn't think it's completely crazy to think Walt (and Locke) are tied into the mystery the tightest. And I'm not wise, I'm usually wrong... but you'll find that out. ![]() I'm not sure whose puppets they are. Sometimes I think all of them are somebody else's puppets. Someone who hasn't been introduced yet. And "the puppet master" just happens to be making the most use of Locke and Walt... Speaking of which, it gives me a new idea about the eye. Curious to know if the puppet master has blue eyes... Out there? Yes. But who really knows?

| I am up to speed this afternoon on everyone's posts. Some of you are in my head. Stop it, stop it! I think Locke (maybe Jack) might be god or an angel. And he is trying to help everyone fix their lives and get back whatever they "lost" and is controlling things. The jungle "creature" is evil, the dark he referred about with the backgammon pieces. The evil is trying to bring them in.

| Last night's episode was pretty good, I'm a bit disappointed in the fact that we didn't get to find out about Kate's past. Kate seems to be a pretty good person overall IMO and I think that whatever she may have committed may have been unintentional or by mistake. She just doesn't seem the criminal type to me. Also there wasn't as much focus on the monster this time, except for whatever was chasing the dad throught the tall grass. ( Could it have been wild pigs (boars) instead of the mythical monster we're all anticipating . Either way will be interesting to find out all of the secrets this show has to offer. The characters are great. Can't wait for next week. ![]() |

| "Michael finds Walt's dog, then what happens? The sun is shining, the Korean guy says "I love you" to his wife, Sayid tosses an apple to Sawyer, Boone hands a pair of sunglasses to Shannon. Hmm,..." That's an excellent observation. It seems too coincidental that the boy is, in one way or another, connected to things happening on the island. I was especially taken aback by the Korean guy telling his wife that he loved her. Although earlier in the episode he showed her some affection as well. Still, this theory seems to hold water! Last night's show was great. Kate proved that she really isn't a *bad guy* (by pulling the farmer out of the burning car, and losing that escape time). And I do think that the doctor suffocated the marshall at the end of the show. |

I also think you're on to something with there being a totally different puppet master in control. On the abc website (I'm a FoRT junkie and hardly EVER venture outside these gates - really!) it talks about someone else being on the island that wasn't on the plane . . .maybe that's the guy in the suit we saw in the previews . . . and if that's the case, then there's no telling what he could be up to.
