| Did anyone notice the look Kate gave the agent when he asked her to kill him? It was almost as if she clicked back into killer mode.

| My first thought when the old creepy guy said a miracle had happened to him was that he was dead, and his body was being flown back for burial . . . but now - after the crash - he is alive. O.K. - VERY farfetched . . .but hey, it was my first thought. About the marshall dude - did anyone else pick up that there might have been some type of relationship between he and Kate? He was telling Jack something to the effect of "Oh, I see she got to you, too." And for some reason, in the flashback scene where he was pursuing her in the car, I got more of an impression of "bounty hunter" than federal marshall.

| I think that Sawyer and Kate have some past together. Maybe they were both involved in the same crime. Kate was caught and being transported back to the US. Sawyer was on the same flight either to free her or kill her. The final scene with Locke : Were his eyes a different color (yellowish) or what it just the sun? I taped last night's show and will try to find another Locke scene to check his eyes. |

| Another interesting theory that someone mentioned early on is a connection between the boy and the island . . . that perhaps the creature was somehow "created" by the boy (i.e., a polar bear appearing after he had seen one in the comic book). I kinda "poo-poo'ed" that idea as being too way out there . . . but then on last night's show - when it immediately stopped raining after the dad made that comment - it made me think again that there is some freaky connection between the boy and what is going on on the island. If that's the case, then it also kinda makes sense that the father had a slight "encounter" with the creature while he was out . . .maybe because the boy is angry at his dad for some reason - maybe because his mom died he has to go live with a dad that has been absent from his life until now.

I still think that there is a definite meaning to what he told Walt about the dark and light. I mean, one minute he's doing something good - making the whistle, finding the dog, and then letting the dad be the hero . . .and the next minute he looks so sinister and evil. Definitely something going on there . . . some hidden meaning . . .

| Michael finds Walt's dog, then what happens? The sun is shining, the Korean guy says "I love you" to his wife, Sayid tosses an apple to Sawyer, Boone hands a pair of sunglasses to Shannon. Hmm,... |

| Something else I've been wondering about . . .and I don't know if it was discussed here or not . . . . What is up with Charlie wrapping his fingers with white tape and writing FATE and now LATE on them?
