I saw the wedding on the Sunday omnibus. The woman who plays Karen did a very impressive job of portraying her grief and disappointment. She is amazing. I was waiting for her to slap Tracy or stab her with her shoe but I was left disappointed.

Steve is a coward. He should have come clean about the baby. Did he expect Karen to never find out about it?

it didn't work!
Tracy is dispicable. My heart went out to the Croppers - no matter how um 'different' they are their heartbreak was as palpable as Karen's.

That was a very moving moment when Roy told the baby he was taking her for a walk, and the way he collapsed when he got back home, was heart breaking.

It is really sad how Roy and Haley were treated throughout all of this... not to mention the money that they have paid and all the anguish during the pregnancy. They seem to be treated fairly shabbily all around with the ongoing comments about Haley being a man in a frock and Roy being a freak.

I really hope that that they do get the chance to be parents one day and that the writers of the show make them less freakish and desperate looking and more fun-loving and eccentric as they have been portrayed in the past.

I loved it when Roy threw Ken out of the flat last night.
I don't know what Ken hoped to achieve by going round to see them, but it was only ever going to antagonise them.

I still don't buy that Tracey is feeling genuinely motherly towards her baby.
It was more a question of wanting her because it's her baby and not because she particularly feels a bond with the child imo.

I agree with you sooz, I really hope that Roy and Hayley will get some better treatment from the writers.
They're a kind-hearted couple and they always seem to get the crap end of the stick.

I snorted out loud when Hayley said oh look it's Ken Barlow, pillar of the community telling us we've done the right thing. That was dead on perfect. My husband thinks Hayley might leave Roy again.
I can't wait to see Liz's reaction. Maya was bent pretty far out of shape about Dev's serial engagements but he has yet to propose to her

that chick is psycho!! First she didn't' want anything to do with him, then she wouldn't move in with him.. now she wants to marry him?? She's wacko.
Ohhhhhh Ashley and Claire .. keep pushing Fred!! I want to see these two end up together. As far as Fred goes .. I hope he and Penny have a wonderful time on their holiday and come back a bonded couple. Fred's been alone for far too long

OH and ... we had to live with Dreary's neck being accentuated by a heart but it seems that wardrobe has switched to a moon.. lets see how long this one lasts

Oh God, did you see that big moley lump on Dierdre's chest yeterday?
It was right near the neck line of that pink top she was wearing, I thought it was part of the top originally.
Ugh.

Ashley and Claire would make a very sweet couple.
I'd like for Fred and Penny to become a couple too.
I'd rather see that than Penny and Mike.

I find it really weird that Corrie seems to be such a popular programme on FORT. Why is that? Are most fans from Britain originally ?
