| I still don't understand why Steve won't at least questiuon whether or not he's the dad. Tracey is hardly reliable at the best of times and as her bed-hopping was pretty rampant post-Dev you'd think he'd at least want a paternity test. Very strange. | |

| That Tracy character is really over the top, in my opinion. Why would anyone possibly want to cause so much trouble for so many people. She is always blaming her mother for something but Dierdrie is not such a bad mum (except for the "neck thing"...). With a mother like Blanche, it is amazing that Dierdrie isn't the one who is totally dysfunctional. I just can't buy into this Tracy character... seems that they needed an evil replacement for Richard to boost ratings. I am hoping she leaves the show. |

| Tracy has been on the show for years. When she became a teenager, she started acting like a terror, I can't remember all the awful things she did, but it was pretty much like now. When she got sick and needed a kidney, I think her mother gave her one--not sure--then she left the show and the Street in peace until she showed up again and a new round of trouble began. Are they any long time fans out there with a better memory, who can tell us what Tracy was like in the past? As for Karen, I didn't feel that much sympathy for her, and Steve is crazy to want her. Karen is alway greedy, rude and malicious. When she cheated on Steve with that creep at work, I was hoping we would see the last of her. But Steve had to drag her back. |

| Her mother's Morroccan toyboy husband gave her the kidney. He was beaten up in some race hate street attack and died. Tracey did start to go off the rails when she was a teen. They replaced the pre-teen Tracey with a new Traecey and that was pretty much the start of her downward spiral. I don't recall her ever being as unpleasant as she is now, although she was pretty horrible to Deirdre's husband who gave her the kidney. I think the writing was very OTT this week. There was no reason why Tracey couldn;t have asked for the baby back after the wedding. It was great to watch but in reality was so overly dramatic that she would dash off to the wedding like that instead of waiting a couple of hours. She could also have told Karen and Steve at a later date, perhaps in the Rovers when she'd have had a big audience for the drama factor without the ridiculousness of revealing it in a shouting match at the wedding. I know the show isn't real life, but it is supposed to reflect real life and I found it all a little overly dramatic this week. I don't like it when they create havoc for the sake of drama and have the characters do completely OTT things. | |

| Steve and Karen are the Jack and Vera of the next generation. I don't think we'll ever see them apart for long. I did feel sorry for Karen - despite how hateful she can be. Tracy is not the sharpest tool in the shed- thats for sure.. and how about the lies she told Karen about Steve? well not exactly lies but half truths. I can't believe Tracy had the audacity to walk back into the wedding reception to complain that her cab would be 40 mintues.. I would have walked to the nearest payphone rather than go back in there. LOL @ Liz and Dreary having a go at one another. So... do you think Karen says yes to Steve's proposal?? I say No.. but they get married later ( I don't have any spoiler info on this so I'm just speculating)

| It was a great show . Possible death by red spike heel . Karen did look lovely except for that beady thing in her hair. I have a horrible confession . I found this site which keeps up with the show , and also has screencaps. http://www.csvu.dial.pipex.com/updates.htm . Don't click on the UK site if you don't want to be spoiled . Think we are about a year behind. But they do have the Canadian transmissions to keep up with what just happened here. We don't usually post links to other fan sites , but there are only like about 5 of us that seem to be watching . ![]() |

| I didn't mind the beady thing so much, but I thought the flowery thing hanging from the waist area was horrible and there was some dodgy looking lace that kept appearing at her wrists. No one could possibly look worse than Steve's mother though. Ugh, slapper central. That's how she does her hair in real life. Twenty five different shades and matted like a coconut. | |

| She has always looked like a streetwalker - without any class. Bet could wear the most outrageous trashy things , and still you had to love her. Liz however just looks common . |

| Liz did look trashy! Super low cut tank and a huge gawdy cross not to mention the short .. short skirt. I would have died laughing to see her in a traditional Mother of the Groom dress though. Karen threatening Tracy with her heel and then telling Steve to shut up because she had one for him too was awesome Karen is one girl you don't want to cross. Eileen got another fab one liner again today - goading Dev about his past with Tracy. She's the best.
