The baby is just gorgeous.
I'm a little torn on the whole baby issue because part of me wanted Tracey to keep her.
I think the baby might finally make her bearable and she did seem as though she was softening at one point.
Then, of course, I started to feel bad for Hayley and Roy, evne though I would hate to be raised by the pair of them.
They're good natured, sweet people, but Roy is flat out bizarre and I just can't imagine having him as a father.

Gail is driving me crazy at the moment.
She's so desperate for Nick not to move out she's willing to let Maria move in and give up her bedroom.
Very weird.

I just saw her give up the baby. I honestly thought she was in danger of not giving her up. Poor kid either way. Whacked out Tracey or whacked out Roy.

I didn't see what happened with Rita. Did Fizz go to court ?

Fizz got Les to admit that Cilla had Chesney lie about the extent of his injuries and said that if her mum decided to go ahead with a civil claim for more "compo" she'd testify that Cilla had also made her lie about a local shop owner hitting her when she was younger.
This wasn't true, but Cilla thought people would believe Fizz so she decided not to go ahead with the civil suit.

In addition, Fizz got Cilla to agree to pay back the compo she'd been awarded by the court (when she receives the payment) and Rita's court costs.
Rita's not going to sell the Kabin anymore either.
I'm pleased, I like Rita.

So, tonight is the night of the big wedding.

I can't wait.

I knew Tracey would decide she wanted the baby back.

Steve's mum looks more trashy and tarty every time we see her.

In Britain last week there were SEVEN episodes of Corrie shown, 3 in the one night! Great if you love the show but not if you can't stand it like me!!

It involves a fire or explosion and someone going loopy apparantly!

maybe her recent illness and her advancing age has something to do with it

I felt kind of petty noticing something like crossed eyes - glad to hear I'm not the only one who noticed though

Oh, last nights show was good

I actually ended up feeling sorry for Karen.
Her perfect wedding ruined.
I wonder why Steve never told her he had a one-nighter with Tracey in the first place.
Obviously she'd be angry, but didn't it happen when she was living with Joe or am I getting my time frame twisted?
She couldn't really gripe if she was having an affair herself.

you're spot on fluff.. Steve slept with Tracy after Karen left him for Joe. He should have just fessed up and let it be.
I'm so mad at myself!! I only taped half an hour last night so now I have to wait until Sunday to see the whole wedding unfold.. my VCR cut off right when Karen turned around with her teeth clenched and said 'wot did you just say' to Tracy.
ohhhhhh I wouldn't like to be in Tracy's shoes right about now
