I thought Fred's story was sad too.
I'm pleased Harry turned detective and got to the bottom of the story before they took him for much more money.

Orchid actually looked quite sorry for what she did.
I did wonder if she'd give him the money back. I guess not if she's done a flit off on holiday somewhere.

I hate that Steve is selling the house out from under Eileen.
Karen's spending is ridiculous.
He needs to keep the house and ditch her.

It was obvious Martin wouldn't be impressed when he found out that Katy knew about Todd and Karl and didn't tell him.
As she was giddily recounting her conversations with them to him, it was clear that Martin wasn't pleased.

I was quite happy to see Harry helping out Fred, and keeping the story quiet, although everyone sure has a juicier story to pass around with Todd. There has to be someone Fred can live happily ever after with.
Poor Eileen certainly hasn't had it easy. i hope she doesn't leave the show if she does not have a place to live.
Maybe Martin and Katy are at the end of their relationship. Don't forget its on tonite instead of tomorrow night.

I wouldnt be sad to see the end of Martin and Katy. I haven't watched Wed/Thurs shows yet so I can't really comment on Steve selling #11? ( I can never keep who lives in which house straight) But Karen has talked Steven into selling before only to have Eileen throw a wrench into his plans... actually with Jason, Todd and Eileen working now and all of them living in the house couldn't they afford to buy it now? That would be a nice end to things. That is pure speculation btw - all of the spoilers I knew about are all played out and I haven't looked ahead to see more.

I love that new character who has recently arrived on the Street. He is Mike Baldwin's nephew, and he has residents on the street dancing to his tune. i love how he handles the 'girls' at the factory.

I like the new guy too.
I don't usually like it when they bring famous people into established shows (Bradley Walsh who plays Danny Baldwin has been in showbiz in the UK for years), but the last couple of times they've done it here have worked really well, imo, with Ciaran and now Danny.

Sad episodes on Monday night.

I feel bad for Todd, he'd being shut out when he's hurting as much as the Platt's are.

Karl is the only one thinking with his head in this whole thing. Blaming Todd seems unreasonable to me. Martin had to find someone to take out his frustration on I wonder if there will be any recourse? I doubt very much that Karl will complain.
I was a little surprised at Audrey embarassing Todd in the cafe.
