Anyway, my husband lives for Shark Week, and anything aquatic or related to the ocean anyway, so I'd better prepare for the occasion. *changes into diving suit and drags out bucket of chum*

I enjoy it too, although I must say I am resentful that there is no special week for my favorite animal. *harp music and dream sequence waviness ensues* Coming soon to Discovery Channel--BADGER WEEK!!!

I like Henry too, I just love giving AJay a hard time even more

And as far as badgers not having a week dedicated to them, I have this to add:

    here is my biggest one

Caught an 8foot 4 inch Gray Reef shark, got a ton of fillets about 1 inch thick, 3 inches wide and 5 inches long, fix in egg wash, italian bread crumbs, and pan fry in electric skillet at 350 for about 2 minutes a side or untill meat becomes translucent. Real Rich!!!

    I love Shark Week. Woohoo!

I have always wanted to go shark diving with the great whites. Then I got smart and realized that if the chain broke, I would be stuck in that cage as it dropped to the bottom of the sea...no thanks.

Sharks are just cool. Something about a huge terrifying carnivorous fish fascinates me. So I'll definitely be watching.

Thanks for the reminder. Hubby has to work late tonight, so I'll be taping it for him.

Ugh, kicking off Shark Week with "Primal Fear" was idiotic. If I had to hear that stupid lady screaming her fool head off one more time, or a blatant plug for "Open Water", I was going to put something through my TV. The second show was pretty decent, though. They should never have started Shark Week with that crap.
