I could never see Kathy being considered for the show since she was banned from the show a while ago. She jokes about it, but it really happened.
"...each affects the other, and the other affects the next, and the world is full of stories, but the stories are all one." - Mitch Albom, one helluva writer.
When you throw a rock into a pack of dogs, you know which one you hit by the one that yelps!
(says me, who doesn't even watch anymore--haha!)
Sheldon Cooper: Woman, you're playing with forces beyond your ken
Penny: Yeah, well your Ken can kiss my Barbie.
I'd never watch if Kathy Griffin was a host. I barely watch now, but she's just too much and not very funny.
Other than the occasional special I've really only seen KG on CNN on New Year's Eve, where her goal seems to be to make Anderson Cooper incredibly uncomfortable. Given that he's probably one of "her gays" I always find that very odd. Maybe Anderson is just faking it and playing along, but it doesn't seem like it.
She used stories of an appearance on The View in her stand up act. She made the show look stupid in herr story and Barbara didn't like it.
