History will have to record that the greatest tragedy of this period of social transition was not the strident clamor of the bad people, but the appalling silence of the good people. Martin Luther King, Jr.
It's going to be a long week for The View. They are live, all week, in California, with idiot celebs. Mega-yawn. I've always found their live shows, like these, to be the absolute worst. Talk about fluff-central. Boring, boring, boring. The good part is that I won't watch much of it. This is a big "who cares" week, for me. To those of you who love this kind of meringue....enjoy!
At least they did bring the Mr. T starter kit box with them. I see that they rooted through it and got Elisabeth some junk out today.![]()

Miley Cyrus wrote a book!?
I did love the look on Whoopi's face when Miley was chattering away.I can't imagine what you'd have to offer me to get me to willingly watch her movie.

I hate these road trips too.
They are boring--and the sound is odd because they're outdoors and wearing those mics.
Do they talk about anything important like real current events at all?
The first five minutes don't sound like it.
Right now they're talking about the rides at Disney World.
ETA--okay--it looks like th whole week is going to be one long ad for everything Disney.
Ugh.

The live shows seem to center on CA or FL. As such, they turn into Disney promotionals. To listen to Miley Cyrus go....'you know'....'like'.......for what seems like an eternity, makes me wish they had Ann Coulter back on....Ok, how bad is that?!![]()
To Thine Own Self Be True
I about lost it when she was going on and on about how she lost the love of her life! Um.....she's what, sixteen? Please!
I was thinking the same thing!Originally Posted by MamaC;3376311;

She's a teenager though, automatically built to exaggerate and be a drama queen. I did however think that she was poorly dressed. She basically had on a mini-dress that she held onto while walking out. The flirty hem of the dress was see-through. She's 16, stop trying to take her down the Twitney route.

Everytime I hear her name or see her, I think "Tramp-in-training". Can't stand this child.
