ooooh, i'm watching the view right now and barbara just finished talking about donald and rosie's fued. barbara said that while donald has never PERSONALLY filed for bankrupcy, some of his casino businesses HAVE. and in response to donald's claim that barbara is unhappy with rosie being on the show, she said "nothing could be further from the truth" and said that rosie left her previous show at the HEIGHT OF IT'S POPULARITY to spend more time with her children (stuff we already knew).

so basically, barbara just said trump's a liar, without actually calling him one. go barbara!!!

This should be interesting to see how Donald fires back tonight on E!, O'Reilly or Larry King. Wonder if he will call Barbara a traitor??

rosie is on vacation with kelly and the kids ... and barbara made it clear that the vacation had been planned months ago.

she'll be back on monday.

He'll undoubtedly say something. I'm more interested in knowing whether he'll write the thank you note to Barbara for keeping his name in the news before of after addressing the cameras. For the sake of the courrier, I hope he does it after. That may make it more convenient for the courrier to pick up the thank you note from Barbara to Trump thanking him for keeping The View in the news while he's making the drop off.

I truly believe that The View has evolved far away from what Barbara Walter's first envisioned, into a "shock jock for TV" program geared towards women instead of men. The tactics they use are the exact same as those used by Howard Stern, Opie and Anthony, and others.

Another shock jock team that have a syndicated / XM show similair to Stern. They're most famous for being fired twice - first for an April Fools joke that claimed the mayor of Boston was dead, and second for running a contest which led to a couple having sex in St Patrick's catherdral. They were in the news most recenlty for a stunt they do each year sending a bunch of homeless people to a hoity toity mall to do Christmas shopping.

I didn't expect bw to address the situation but knowing her, i should've known. She has to protect future interviews by butt kissing and doing damage control.
I've always disliked Combover but I'm glad he's exposing the type of callow, moron he is.

Trump has already voiced his answer on a taping of Inside Edition, apparently, according to an article on people.com. In it he says that Barbara only made the statement today because ABC was afraid of being sued and he respects that. He also stands by his claim that Barbara doesn't like Rosie and regrets hiring her.
