"Hard Time" -- When a former rape victim is beaten to within inches of her life, Horatio must enter the world of prisons and parolees to find the culprit, on CSI: MIAMI, Monday, Oct. 6 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Deran Sarafian directed the episode written by Elizabeth Devine, one of the series' consulting producers.

The CSIs arrive at the crime scene expecting to investigate a murder and are shocked to find the woman is actually alive. Peg Donovan, a former rape victim, is clinging to life after being beaten just days before the parole hearing for Mason Shaw, the man who raped her. Horatio's instincts tell him that Mason, although in prison, is also responsible for this latest attack. Now, the CSIs must find the crucial evidence in order to put Mason away for good before the system lets him go free.
