I'm glad that I subscribed to this thread, so I could find out now about the demise of the show, rather than waiting to find out info, hit or miss.

corprip: Although sad news, I appreciate you finding it and posting it. The final show reminds me of the one that ended ANGEL: much promise, much plot threads...never to be tied together again.

Maybe, just maybe, PAX TV would/could pick up JOAN.

Ditto, said well- I am disappointed, but hopeful that the new shows will be as enjoyable.

    BOGUS!!! That totally sucks!

Perhaps they can add the letters CSI somewhere in the title and CBS will pick it up? Joan of Arcadia:CSI.

    This sucks...

And I would be the dweeb that would write to CBS with my rants.

Not that it will help at all.

Damn. Now we'll never find out if Ryan was Satan.

I guess that's what FanFic is all about. They should be having a field day, knitting all the loose threads back and forth.

This totally blows....Joan was great! Is there any way possible that PAX would pick it up? I know that has happened before when a show doesn't work out for one network..... and what was that crap about the show not doing as well with a younger audience?!? What does that matter? It was doing GREAT with us older folks! But as usual, the networks don't give a darn about anyone over 30. Don't they know the general population as a whole is aging? Argh, I'm just so ticked off!
I enjoy the escapism of reality television. Beats the heck out of worrying about your REAL life!!
