Wow! What a show today!! Sharon's clothes sure do fall off easily! I can see it now....Nick marries Phyllis....Sharon marries Jack....Noah marries therapy.

I think Nick and Phyllis are scummy for announcing upcoming nuptials when he isn't even divorced yet.

Drucilla completely lost her mind. If she's not careful, she'll be on lockdown with crazy Victor!

Gloria's singing needs to remain a hidden talent, don't you think??

Can someone fill me in on the show. I have been in the states for the past 3 days on business and haven't found Y&R or been too busy. In Canada we are a day ahead appearantly so it doesn't matter which day I get, I would just like to know what I am missing. lol

Terrible job in the continuity department today with Dru's hair.
When she got arrested it was down, long and free flowing.
When they put her in her cell, it was up in a bun on top of her head.
When she was being released, it was in braids.

I laughed about that. For someone who was dead drunk, she sure did some grooming,didn't she?

Another thing I noticed about yesterday's show.....

Neil shows up at Sharon's house looking for Dru. She has already been arrested and is at the police station. Then we see Neil driving to the police station to bail out Dru. Sharon is in the car with him having a conversation about how Neil has to try to make his marriage work.

By this time, Nikki, Nick, Phyllis, Victoria and Brad were all at the hospital. Did Sharon call on Miguel to come over and stay at her place?

Ummmm, where was Noah? Who was watching him? Did Sharon leave him home alone sleeping while she went with Neil to the cophouse?

MamaC, I thought the same thing at first, but while in the car enroute to the station, Sharon said that it was a good thing that Miguel was able to watch Noah.
On today's show I thought it was funny that all of a sudden, Nikki is wearing jeans at the hospital. When she came there, she was still dressed in her party clothes. She's not a big jeans person anyways, not even around the house. It is highly unlikely that anyone in the early stages of a family crisis at a hospital would run home to change clothes. Or even send someone else home to get a change for her. Everyone else was with her at the hospital, and just as concerned about Victor as her, that they would be unlikely to leave either.
One thing that bothers me about the show lately is that they just seem to gloss over a lot of things that seem important to me.
Especially the whole kidnapping storyline. One second, JT is questioning George Kaplan's old neighbor, the next we see him, he is shown unconcious and tied to a chair. After the incident at the church where the Nazi's are killed, 5 minute later, everyone is back in Genoa City. Etc., etc.
On another note, it looks like Gloria will be taking a slow boat to China.

And, yes, I did notice that Nikki had different clothes on while everyone else still had on their party duds.

Regarding the whole kidnapping thing....when Brad took his mom, Victoria, Abby, and Colleen on the plane....it seemed like they were on that flight forever. We never saw footage of them coming home. All of a sudden, everyone is back in Genoa City and all is well with the world. Did Ashely even have a clue that Abby was gone?

I usually watch Y&R every day.....but maybe I missed this too.....

I remember Victor dumping all his meds and filling his vials with aspirin or whatever. So did he ever go back on his antiseizure meds (like after he came back home after visiting with Hope)? Or is this latest hospitalization a result of him not taking his meds?

Also a few days ago, at the NVP party, some musical wizard was at the party and apparently knew Victor and Nikki. Anyway, he was escorted by some lady, whom he introduced as Lee Bell. Is that Christine's real-life mom, the widow of William Bell?

I miss a lot, too, but I agree that Victor dumped his meds. I wondered about that yesterday when the doctor suspected a drug reaction. I thought how odd it was going to be when they found NO drugs in his system. Guess they won't bother to check since the surgery is going forward. How dramatic would the med reaction be, compared to brain surgery anyway? No contest.

I didn't catch the party scene. I'll be anxious to know if she was THE Lee Bell, too.

I'm pretty sure that "She" was Cricket's mom. The awkwardness could only be attributed to someone who was not used to being in front of the cameras.
