I wasn't happy to hear about MST either. She was in a similar situation a few years ago and I think all of the Newmans (Sharon, JM, EB, Heather Tom) have gone through this at some point. I know times are tough, and while I understand the theory that no one is ever immune, I still think certain actors/characters should be catered to (for lack of a better phrase) a bit more. Especially, when they've earned it and/or there are multiple characters a show can get rid of.

I just read a new interview with Lauralee Bell and she said she's been keeping a watch on what Nina and old/new Phillip are up to and Paul & Nikki. She said she gets a little itch every time she sees them kiss. I'm no Chris fan but I did enjoy her very much with Paul.

As for that couch, it needs to be burned, buried, or thrown off a cliff.

So Ashley miscarried??? And Adam knows it?? Obviously, she's still got the fetus inside? And she's just walking around like everything is everything and feeling fairly well? And Adam changed her clothes for her?? This is just nuts.


Read today where Victoria Rowell (dead Dru) has another book that should be out next spring: Secrets of a Soap Opera Diva. Am I the only one that did not realize that she is 50 years old? She's supposed to be getting married sometime this month to an artist.

Can Adam actually see? I know he put that stuff in his eyes when Victor had that specialist examine him a few weeks ago. But I am wondering if he really does have vision and is just faking it.

When he was grabbing the towels, he forgot one of them. Nikki picked it up in the episode today. I think his wig also flew off and I don't know if he picked that up.

What did he do with all the bloody towels and clothing? The electricity was out at the time, so he couldn't do any laundry!

I really don't think Sharon is far enough along to actually feel the baby kick!

And there is another Summer!?!? I noticed this new one is missing a tooth!

I think the writers are getting tired of the Adam-going-blind storyline, because his sight seems to come and go at will. They had him stumbling around even when no one was watching, now he appears to be absolutely fine. I don't know what's going on.

I don't think Ashley miscarried. But I would like to know how, if she & Sharon are supposedly due around the same time (I think Nick said that a couple of shows ago) how Ashley is already sporting a prominent bump and Sharon's stomach is bikini-season flat. I never felt my babies kicking before I was in maternity pants.

I think it's time to bring Philip back home from Australia. Didn't think much of his looks back when he was married to Nina, but he appears to have improved with age.

They said yesterday that Ashley had miscarried. I guess we were supposed to assume that with blood loss?

And, yes, Adam can see. You may have missed the show when he was sprinting around the living room furniture when he was running from the front door to his room. He's also had other incidents where it was obvious that he could see.

The bloody towel, or whatever it was that Nicki handed him (even though it was supposed to be really bloody, she didn't seem to notice the blood), was thrown into the fire in the living room. Don't know where the nightgown went, but Ashley did notice that she was in a different gown.

I'm also suspecting that the 2 "federal agents" are working with each other. The one guy has been named as a fake; the other guy is "supposed to be" the real fed. I don't think so!!

And, if anything, Sharon's feeling her baby kicking can't be anything more than that gassy, fluttery feeling that you get early on if this is supposed to be anything close to real.

[[Today Adam's doctor friend reappeared and he confirmed to Adam that Ashley lost the baby, and the kicking that Ashley felt on today's show could be attributed to "hysterical pregnancy" (I know that's a real condition, but the writers sure are reaching here - if she miscarried, she wouldn't suddenly stop bleeding and she'd be cramping and feeling miserable physically).]]

I don't know WTH is up with this stolen art storyline, but it appears to have no connection with ANYTHING else that's going on. Very weird and I'm assuming it's some kind of excuse to either re-introduce or bring in a new character (the masked man who stole the briefcase).

Wasn't that federal agent, the one that was in the bar and did not get shot, on Y&R before? He looks familiar to me, almost like he was involved in some other storyline a while back.....like when Kevin, Amber, and Daniel were involved in that stolen money storyline or something.

ETA: I also didn't know that the cat was a real stuffed cat, as in from a taxidermist! I thought it was just a stuffed animal that she bought at a store!

what's the Mary Jane back story? I don't think I watched then. From what you guys wrote, she's Paul's sister and Jack's ex-wife? Is that right? Did she go crazy or what. And why is Victor helping her?

Yeah it seemed that the FBI guy and the one selling the painting were working together but someone else is helping them.

I am so over Mac and Billy. Really Mac? She totally is still mooning (is that what he said) over her. You're with Raul or you aren't.

Oh and I thought that the guy Cane was talking to on the phone looked familiar. I don't get it or remember actually. Didn't he die? Confused!! Help me FoRT, please.
