| I was disappointed with the last episode. Why look into the past if it tells us nothing about the present? The whole thing with Lawson coming back seemed to lack purpose. The rest of the suporting class are getting painfully neglected in favor of more Angel-Spike interaction. It's still entertaining, but I want to see more about how working for Wolfram and Hart brings out the darkside in Gunn. Next episode I guess... I seemed like this episode was planned so that it could come before or after "Your Welcome", as though they weren't sure when they could get Charisma Carpenter to come back to do her episode. Great catch about the Initiative, Mdrio. I saw another site point out that Spike's early questions about the Initiatize were if they were Nazis. "Who are they? the government? the Nazis... a major cosmetic company?"

When a popular children's show begins to steal the life forces of children by hypnotizing them, Angel (David Boreanaz) goes directly to the studio to uncover the evil doings. Upon entering the building, Angel triggers a spell that transforms him into a puppet. In a race against time, puppet-Angel and company must find a way to reverse the spell, save the lives of hundreds of children and return Angel to his normal vampire state. Meanwhile, Nina (guest star Jenny Mollen), the werewolf Angel befriended, returns to declare her romantic intentions, but puppet-Angel is too embarrassed to reciprocate. | |

| I cannot wait for puppet-Angel. Too cute. The preview looks amazingly funny, especially Spike's reaction to puppet-Angel.

| I'm surprised. I was under the impression that ratings were better this year, at least by WB standards. I definitely thought this season's shows were more interesting. |

| I too am outraged, and puzzled. How can a show which is considered a "cornerstone", be tossed away? Was it just because a gazillion people aren't watching? I can't beleive a show like Charmed is still on! Is there any hope that another network will pick up Angel and keep it going? I am so sick of just about every show I like getting the boot. |

| Why doesn't Angel just switch networks? I'm sure UPN or FOX would love to have Angel on their lineups.
