'24' starts 2nd season down, dirty

    From The Arizona Republic:

    I am stunned.

    Hit-me-in-the-head-with-a-brick stunned. Woozy.

I've just seen the first two episodes of the new season of 24, and I feel like I need to lie down.

If you worried whether the told-in-real-time, clinch-your-teeth drama that garnered more critical praise than viewers last season could come back with anything approaching the strength of its inaugural year, stop now.

The problem is, I can't tell you why without giving too much away. If there's anything worse than a critic who teases, it's one who spoils surprises. You'll have to trust me on this.

    I can't wait

    Quote from the article above....
....Frankly, Kim is by far the weakest part of the show. She's as clueless, helpless and hapless this season as she was last. Tonight's episode airs commercial-free; when you see Kim on-screen, it's a good time for a bathroom break....

    Good to know!

Oh, shit. I might wind up watching it now. Dammit.
When you're ten years old and a car drives by and splashes a puddle of water all over you, it's hard to decide if you should go to school like that or try to go home and change and probably be late. So while he was trying to decide, I drove by and splashed him again. - Jack Handey

Yes, Kim is once again the weak link. My dad, who is a spy, is trying to warn me to leave town, so I hang up on him and refuse to take his calls. What an idiot.

Totally off-topic, I guess, but how ya feelin'? Back home, I guess, huh? Love your new signature line. Almost makes Freddie the Wonder Sheep appear frivolous. Almost.
