Aceveda handled the situation pretty well!

I thought Aceveda handled the situation pretty well. If I were Aceveda I wouldn't be so confident the guy's not gonna say anything. But it looks like the Acevada plot ended.
As for Shane, does anyone think that what Vic did was cool? It's his money too and it was the girlfriend that stole it. I thought Vic was gonna kill the mom (he did it with the cop in the first show of the series).

And finally, was the scene with Julian and his wife necessary? It looked like he was killing her :-)

The armenians haven't shown up again, and what happened to Tavon? They have to show up sometime before the end of the series.

At least Dutch caught the rapist.....

Does Julian's wife know that he had "male relations" prior to his marriage to her? Maybe this was their first "encounter" (doesn't seem likely though) and he really had to give it his *all* to get going.

Did the previews for this week make it appear that Danny might be killed (by someone on the Strike Team?). Maybe I'm just seeing things.

Dutch sucks!!!

Did anybody else think yesterday's show was somewhat boring and pointless? One of the things that really disgusted me was the last scene where Dutch kills the cat. First of all, if he already caught the killer, the killer confessed to the rapes and murders, and there's hard evidence against him (the figurines), why is he studying him to know why he did it? He's a PSYCHO, end of story. But Dutch really went down in my books yesterday. Which made me think of another scene...
Remember the show where Julian and Danny were looking for Dutch's laptop and Dutch told them that the drive was filled with child pornography that he had been 'researching' for one of the cases? Was it me or did he look very nervous talking to them? After that show, and the way Dutch was reacting to the stuff in his laptop, I started to think that maybe Dutch is a pervert...

Tell me what you guys think.

Up until yesterday, Dutch had been one of my favorite characters. A nice light foil to the darkness that is Vic. Now there's this dark side to Dutch that I'm not ready for!!! Killing the cat was stupid. I get what he was trying to do, but still! And yeah, I thought he acted very nervous when he was explaining what was on his computer.

Yeah, mine too. And why do they show so many old scenes when the show starts? Yesterday in "Previously on The Shield", they showed Vic killing Terry (the 1st show of the series - 3 yrs. ago). Why? I know Lem mentioned him but still...
I still don't know what happened to the armenians, to Tavon, etc... Obviously, Tavon's not going to die but nobody's mentioned him yet.
And the shows haven't really been that interesting lately. And Shane's so hard-headed.

I was wondering about that, too. That scene really came out of no where. I guess it just ties in to Shane's fear (is Shane the only one who knew Vic killed Terry?) that Vic will get rid of him, too (for people new to the series). Still, it was a bit confusing. And I wasn't watching it then, anyone know why Vic killed him?

From what I remember, he was a snitch for Aceveda. From the start, the Capt's been against Vic and the Strike Team so he added Terry in order to report to Aceveda on everything. In the scene, they take Terry on his first Strike Team bust and, after killing all the 'bad guys', Vic, without hesitating a bit, turns around and shoots him in the face. Everyone from the strike team was there.
The way they did that last scene (with the Kid Rock music) was, by far, the best show I've ever seen. If it weren't for the way they did that scene, I don't think I'd be such a huge fan...

vmhatup, I agree with you about Dutch...I was a bit creeped out by the way he acted with the computer and the child porn...hmmm and the cat ??? Maybe Dutch has a secret side....It was interesting to see him in his home in bed..because really dont know anything about him.
Vic's other child possibly having autism was a heavy one! Maybe thats what will bring Vic and Corinne back together????
As I always say...WHERE'S TEVAN!!!! lol
Oh and now Claudette is riding Julian's ass...this is going to be interesting...
